Angry HELP ME! Getting fustrated!!!

I am currently working this beast of a car and I dunno what to use to control the engine. I have rebuilt all the internal including ported and polished. The internals should handle up to 500+hp. What do I need to do with the tranny? I am trying to go for 700hp. Modding up the damn ride is easy but i am not near there yet. I can even drive the thing without a management system. Where do I get one? a good one that is. another this is how do i fix that problem with the front picking up at 100-125 mph?? I don't know any good way to let all the air out of the front that is going in thru the radiator and picking up the car? is there a way i can let all these air out thru the wheel well?

Biggest Problem: engine management system

Fustration problem: Wind picking up front of the car at high speed.

PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I SHOOT MYSELF!!!!!!

Re: HELP ME! Getting fustrated!!!

The front picking up thing is weird. i hit those speeds all the time and mines never leaves the planted ground. What is your suspension set up?

You can select any management system you like, they are all over the place.
Here a link i just looked randomly:

Any questions, feel free to ask

Re: HELP ME! Getting fustrated!!!

I thing the suspension is bad on my MR2 and that's why the front end picks up. As far as engine management goes, don't I have to find a ECU that can be tuned and programed by a local tuning shop? I am thinking of just dropping my old suspension and getting new ones. As far as the ECU goes, do I can basically get any type or kind of management? I don't need to get special one made for the MR2?

Thanks Again.

Re: HELP ME! Getting fustrated!!!

You definitley need to take care of the suspension on your two. Mines was clanking like crazy when I bought my two. One if the best upgrades I did. I went with drop springs and adjustable inserts. If I do it again, I will just go to coilovers. Keep in mind, changing out of the stock suspension will make your ride bone jarring when it hit bumps but it was okay with me. Either way stock or aftermarket you have to get that taken care of.

As for the management system if you look at that link i sent you, you select engine management and get any one you see. The ones will say mr2 turbo and the year. It is always wise to even after you install, get some tuning on the dyno. To be honest with you, if you are dead set on an engine management system I would buy it and ship your ride over to a professional to get the kinks out. You figure that the skill level and equipment that a tuner will have will be worth it. Why do you feel you need an engine management system? Just a preference in tunability? Tell me your complete set up and we can figure out a logical goodie list for you to get. Also, include how you would like the car to drive (track, street etc). Keep in mind you gonna give up something to get something else.

Re: HELP ME! Getting fustrated!!!

about the front, do you have the stock front end on it? when i changed to bomex it ditched the panels under the car and i got a lot more movement up front.
this can easily be remedied by making some panels out of sheet metal and a little time and cutting/drilling.
