My first thought as well. Unfortunatly, there are a ridiculous amount of fuses in some very hard to reach places. I checked the ones I could and dismissed the rest. It is any '03. Any idea on which fuse it might be?

their is a fuse box on the end of the left side of the dash near the side vent. that will have a paper that will tell you what fuse box and what fuse #. does the washer nozzels spray when you press the button in? if they spray and the turn signal works then I would say the the switch is probably ok. In that case you probably would be looking at the wiper motor.
