i am stumped...engine running terrible

alright, so my timing belt broke and most of you know what that means so pulled an engine from a sebring convertible and put it in...it runs like crap

i replaced the plugs, wires, rotor and cap and nothing seems to change it. it doesnt seem to be getting consistant spark in some of the cylinders while others get consistant spark. i dont know what to do any ideas??

and yes the firing order is correct
