first you have to turn on the ignition and make sure the brake light goes out. If it does not have the car towed to a dealership.
I will assume at the wheel cylinders ? and manual bleeding as opposed to pressure bleeding ? i am also going to assume you have bled brakes b4 it starts half way down the page , then 5 on the next page, follow the numbers text from factory manual for model yr 98   let me know if U need more
