1995 Riv door electrical problem

I have a 95 Riviera that reciently the int. lights wont come on when the drivers door opens. The pass. door works fine. I've read somewhere 95-96 rivs have a problem with a broken wire in the drivers side of the car that causes this. Does anyone have any detailed info on this? Thanks
