Horse Collar Rule?
So I know the horse collar rule was changed this year to include the jersey around the shoulder pads and the back of the helmet. But one of the things I kept hearing analysts joke about is that you could pull a player down by their hair and it was legal. They of course always used Troy Polamalu (sp?) as an example with that mane he has coming out the back of his helmet.
But today, Larry Johnson took Polamalu down by that mane and got a 15 yard penalty! WTF!? Am I missing something? I didn't see it during the actual game since I was only half watching that blowout.

Re: Horse Collar Rule?
They said later that it was for taunting after the play. I was glad to see someone finally take someone down by the hair.

Ah so. Thats cool then. I did see he pulled him down by the hair and then pulled him up by the hair
It was great to watch. It was like LJ had his own Polamalu puppet
