again this week i experanced a moan/whine then clunk after a long trip this time i payed close attenion it clunked at 35 mph without my foot on the gas or break slowing down from 75 and...i put my hand on the dash door and steering column and gear shift stick (on steering not console) and put my and on the floor hump over the transmisson area and i could feel a VERY STRONG VIBTAION FROM THE HUMP ABOVE THE TRANNY which stopped after the clunk and noise also stopped this is a 95 4x4 vortec 4L60-E with 133,500 miles whats going on oh and when i parked it i could smell a strong burnt trans fluid smell ...PLEASE HELP ME FIURGE OUT WHAT IT IS..

I'd look at the trans and transfer case fluids (levels, color - red, and smell - not burnt) and look under for overflow in the transfer and the trans being low - seal may have gone between them. Could be the diff but thats got gear oil in it. A trip to the trans shop for a free inspection is probably in order. - easy to see on a lift. Lots of Blazer things clunk as they fail.
