Windstar steering shutters
Hey guys I am having a problem with my wifes 2000 windstar when at speeds less than 30 miles an hour the steering wheel shutters and shakes. When you speed up you cant tell except steering is a little sloppy.
it does it all the time not just during braking and not just during turning you can be going straight and it does it. Tires only have 3000 miles on them so they shouldn't be out of balance.  Any ideas: wheel bearings,tie rods,steering gear?
