I wasnt aware I was racing someone...

So I was on my way home from dropping my fiance off at work and I see a turn that I always go through when driving home from her job. I figure okay lets see what the car can do without me getting nervous. The turn is a nice sweep to the right that is about a 80 degree turn.

I down shift to 3rd and disable the DSC, accellerate to 80 and go through the curve smoothly. As I'm half way through the turn I see a convertable M3 tailing me attempting to do the same and catch up, the M3 inches it's way close to my bumper when I press on the gas some more, going up to about 90 as the turn ends. I look in my mirror as I exit and I see the M3 let off.

When we had gotten out of the turn I shifted to 4th then 5th and slowed down back to normal speeds. The M3 pulls up next to me and lowers his window yelling over the wind. " Nice handling, but your crazy! I wouldnt go that fast through that!"

I yell back, "It's a shame, you couldve easily kept up!" He looked at me a bit suprised and then he looked at his steering wheel I guess as if he was disappointed that he couldnt handle his own car like he should. Made me feel a little bad.

Guess this wasnt much of a race but it was a fun turn
