Re: List of your car

'87 coupe, 351w, S-trim, too many parts to list.
Estimated 600rwhp and near that in tq once the bugs are worked out. I'm lifting the heads, loosing 3psi, overheating due to the head/boost issue, and runing lean at 5700 rpms. But I did make 517rwhp at 5700rpms with the listed problems.
Estimated 9.90's @ 138-140ish if my Mickeys will stick. 275/50/15 DRs. With my current suspension on a good day I should pull 1.39/1.40 short times. Still need a cage and rearend though. I'm running stock axels right now.

Let me know if you want to know more or do a search for my thread, Boosted Blow Thru Build.

Re: List of your car

Ya know I hate to pick, but I'm having a hard time with something here. Let me get this straight, you have 10psi from a Novi 2000 + a 250hp shot of N20. Sounds like alot of power and I can see mid 9's with ease. I do think thats an ass load of nitrous for a boosted application though. Also you are looking at about 700fwhp on the low side. All this on the stock block? That just doesnt sound right to me. Show me pics of the truck, maybe scan some timeslips and I will have no doubts that you have juust what you say. A boosted 9 second truck on spray. But, if that is so then you will br cracking your block very soon if not already.
