WIP Mercedes DTM 2000
After spending endless hours applying the decals on this tamiya merc i have finaly finnished them,this is a realy nice kit.am building it out the box except for the seatbelts which have not arrived yet.
looking forward to start painting the engine then its on to the interior. comments welcome ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for looking reguards karl. |

very nice... looking great so far.. i'm the opposite of you.. i also have this kit, but have everything already built except for the body, all those decals are scaring me

Hey Karl, I just started the exact same kit! You're doing a good job thusfar. Well done with the decals! And I'm very impressed (very small thing, but still) with the black borders around your windows.
What silver did you use - the prescribed TS17? Also: what belts are you getting? Boostspike: don't worry all that much about the decals, I've done the original teille version and even those decals are very do-able with patience and your favourite decal softener. Just don't rush it, it's nothing to be scared of! |
