1997 chevy silverado sometimes starts runs fine shows maf sensor and camsensor ignition timing on obd showing 25degrees today wont sart and no spark

Did you check spark at the plugs or at the coil? You need to eliminate some things. If you have no spark out of the coil use a test light to see if you have voltage to the coil. With key on the light should stay on on the postive side of the coil. While cranking it should flash when on the ground side. You can also use and ohm meter to test the coil itself(disconnect it first) Its a place to start anyway.

Is that a 25 degree camshaft retard?
What codes are you getting?

We need more info to help.
Tips on getting a good answer to your questions.
People trying to answer your question do not have a crystal ball.
So give them all of the info you have like year make and model and engine and transmission.
Also service cars engine and transmission service history or any recent repairs or problems.
Also a description of your problem and what it is doing or not doing.
If you have codes give up the code no.
And remember a code does not say replace the part but only points to the problem that you have to check out.
So to better help you give up all of the info you have on it.
