2001 GA windows
About 3 months ago I put my passenger side window down and on the way back up it made a crunching sound, it was the regulator so I had it fixed. About 2 weeks ago the same thing happened with the drivers side, so I had it fixed. Then yesterday I put the drivers side window down so I could see b/c it had condensation on it and on the way back up it did the crunching thing again! the work and part have a warranty but how could this happen a week later? The regulator could not have possibly gone bad in a week could it? It is very frustrating I don't want to have my windows fixed every month. Anyone know what could be causing this?
Thanks for any advice! |

Re: 2001 GA windows
were the regulators new ?
Might hav been installed incorrectly ..... If you continually push the "up" button after the window's up, it could break the retainer clips and or frie the motor/regualtors.
