siloetee, engine quits running

i have a 95 siloette, when travling down the interstate the motor will suddenly stop running, generally restarts by itself. occationally i hae to shift to nuetral and restart it. will also do it at a stop occationaly. just recently started doing it. any ideas?

I was just about to start a new thread about this, concerning a 90 Silhouette. Same problem. What's happening?
