Re: exhaust question

it kinda looks like it broke off. you need to keep your o2. spray a penetrating lubricant on it and wait a while.

I want to be able to reuse the sensor.

but has someone taken their sensor out and driven the car without a problem or could something go wrong?

Re: exhaust question

sorry for being a dick in my last post. spent the last 7 hours at the bars.

anyways, i would use this as an excuse to get an aftermarket downpipe. Stillen makes a very nice one if you have the spare cash.

Re: exhaust question

Soak it with PB blaster overnight (much better than wd40) and use a breaker bar, if that doesn't work, air tools.

Re: exhaust question

I've been searching and alot of people extend the wires so now.
the wires are cut so its easier to take off.

but now that I see that everything is full of rust and bonded together, I will only be running with a open test pipe until a GB takes place on 3si

No... he just sucks at understanding the dynamics of a engine in a car... Looks like he removed the flex pipe which puts too much stress on the exhaust pipe which would cause it to break like that...
