Re: projector headlight wiring

lol...well it depends on how you want them to light up... If you want both halos to come on, when the parking lights are on, then you need to splice them into the wires that go to the top side markers ( the lights next to the headlights) and if you want the LEDS to light with that, then you also need to splice them to that... If you want the LEDS to light up with the bottom side markers, then splice them into that...
Just remember if you splice something into the bottom side markers, they won't light up all of the time, only when you turn.

Heads up too. Top side markers have two wires...black and blue I believe... the bottom ones have THREE, black, blue, and brown..I think you hook them up to the brown and blue ones. I can't remember, and I can't go look b/c it's buried under my head light, but I'm almost postitive that's what I did.

Actually what I did, was splice one halo and one LED to the top side marker, and the other halo and other LED to the bottom. To create a "dancing" effect.

It's all up to you really. If you need help besides that just ask.

Re: projector headlight wiring

i ended up splicing the halos and the LED into the parking lights and i think it looks sweet.....but i now have a problem with my high beams, they seem to be very dim now, are yours dim??? cuz right now i can see better with my lows on rather than my highs, and i cant even see the highs on the ground, maybe they are pointed too high up but if i point them lower my lows will be shining like 2 feet in front of me, what do i do???

Re: projector headlight wiring

honestly... My dims are brighter than my brights too, so I just leave my Lows on all the time...Oh and the problem isn't that your hi-beams are too high, the problem is that your dims are at the same level as your highs. So where you've been expected a "bright" and a "dim", it turns out to be a "projector light" and a "regualar" light, b/c they're tilted at the same angle... did you notice that you gained a set of headlights? That's b/c your projectors came with ones already there. and it pisses me off cuz they're the yellowish kind, and I want those super whites

Re: projector headlight wiring

www.izntrbl.com - Replace those shitty projects with HID ones, or change the halos to bright as hell cold cathodes, or just change the colors of the current halos
