I have a '98 Explorer XLT. Recently the dash lights, Autolamp (for the headlights) and the headlight on warning bell all went out. The headlights still work manually but nothing else. I have checked all the fuses and did not find any blown. I have not, however, been able to check the relays and have not figured out how to open the box under the right front fender area to check for any fuses in there. With these three related items all out at the same time, I'm figuring that there has to be something that they have in common. Any ideas? Thanks.

Re: Dash lights, Autolamp, hedalight warning bell.
Hi
Look in the main power distribution box, located by the brake master cylinder. Check fuse #11 15 amp mini fuse. Dean |
