what the...

Have a 1994 ford explorer (manual)-only reason I have it... newayz... Everything was fine a few weeks ago til I proceeded to take the speakers from the front to the back, to put new ones in the front (when I got it, there were no speakers in the back)- When I did this I took the dash off and messed with the back of the stereo, when it came to it, I never really needed to take off the dash but I did... Now for some reason my stereo would come on and off repeatedly(turn on for a moment, go to play, make sound then turn back off), also the left turn signal stays on???..And now in the proccess it drained my battery... I think I hit some wires, they got tangled and now it won't stop draining my battery... The only thing I know is that, there is a clear box right under the dash that has a red and a green light in it,everytime the turn-signal blinks the red light blinks... I've messed with these wires since to see if it would stop(before my battery went dead)and if I had them in the right position the turn signal would stop... If anybody has any idea what I can do...Let me know?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
