Welcome to AF. i believe the exhaust is the same for 00-05 but im not positive. what model do u have (4wd?4dr?).

im not sure about canadian emissions requirements but i think the systems are the same. check with gibson's sales department to be sure..

Don't wate your money on a complete catback.
Get a mgnaflow muffler from Canadian Tire and have it installed at a muffler shop. All the benefits without the ridiculous cost.
