96 Cavalier will turn over but not start - HELP!

I have a 96 Chev Cavalier that occasionally will not start. The engine turns over and all but that is as far as it gets. As of today it will not start at all. I just finished replaced the spark plugs and the problem still exists. Some other thoughts of what it could be off the top of my head is the ignition coil, fuel pump, or fuel filter?

I'm thinking about taking it into a shop and having them look at it but I'm going to have to get it towed so I want to at least have something to tell the mechanics.

Any advice on diagnosing the car or even troubleshooting would be helpful. Thanks!
