head light replacement
I know this has been talked about in the past, but I would like to hear from anyone who has replaced head light bulbs recently. What is the best way to get to these bulbs? I understand these bulbs should not be touched with bare hands due to body oil transfer? Any suggestions on replacement bulbs? Siver Star?

Re: head light replacement
Each headlamp assembly is held in place by 2 steel locking clips. They pry up and out which releases the whole headlamp. Check your PM for more detail.

Honestly, I'd reccomend Sylvania "Cool Blue" bulbs. No, they are not blue when lit, but they are white and are in between the silverstars and a regular halogen in brightness, so that is a bonus. The other bonus is they are half the price of Silverstars! |
