Re: sick and tired!

I'm fairly new myself, been here since february officially. The "whats the best engine for my car" question is very aggrevating to me also. The information is so easy to find. Typing civic engine swap into any search engine gives you insane amounts of information, not to mention the sticky on the main page of this forum that says "please read before posting". If only people would read that sticky probably 10 useless questions per week could be avoided. Alas, the more the experienced swap guys answer these questions week after week the more new people will come along and ask it. You can't win!

I don't even pay attention anymore. I think their threads should be deleted immediately...

Re: sick and tired!

I wonder if AF could implement some sort of system that directs noobs to the FAQ if some of the words in their thread match the FAQ?

Like if I made a post: Which is better B18C1 or ______? It would automatically send me to the FAQ once I click submit.

Re: sick and tired!

no matter what is done it will never stop. people know how to use the search & know where search is located....bottom line they are too lazy to sift through the threads in search or self centered enough to believe they are asking a one of a kind question. either way, there is no stopping it.

so you can join in the insainty and repeat answers or you can avoid it all together and simply not click on the threads.

please refrain from creating threads insulting the n00bs in the future, i understand your need to vent. however, i also know there are better ways.
