Fuel filter fittings
I have some plastic elbo fittings on the fuel filter, and I can't get them off. The hose won't slip off the fitting, and the fitting won't slip off the filter's metal tubes. View picture here: Picture Link Anyone know how to remove it???

Re: Fuel filter fittings
You have to squeeze the fitting and pull up on the tabs. Thats the best way I know how to explain it.
Needless to say it is difficult at best. Kia makes a tool for it but I dont think it is available to the public.

Finally
After considerable effort I've finally gotten the lines off the fuel filter. My inexperience is costing me -
Fuel filter (NAPA)=$15, universal tools (AutoZone)=$9, 2 new fuel lines (KIA)=$75, MAJOR frustration=Priceless Picture Link
