2000 GMC Sierra 5.3 loses spark

While driving after about 45 minutes my truck just dies. When I try to start it, it cranks but just won't start. I can hear the fuel pump when the key is in the ignition in start, I also have fuel pressure by checking the valve at the engine. After pulling one of the wires off and cranking it, I find out I am not getting any spark at all. After the truck sits for about 30 minutes to an hour, it starts.

I would start with having the ignition control module tested. When the start to go bad they quite working when they get hot.
