Unhappy Engine Quit

I have a 97 Cavalier and when I was driving it cut out a couple of times then just died. A mac. said I had no compression in 3 heads. Can this be a head gasket or a timing belt. The motor will turn over but it will not fire.

Head gasket is best plan. If your timing was off, youd have no compression in all 4...
