Nope, just the stock LT1 injection with bigger injectors. What makes you think water injection?

It looks like you have two windshield washer reserves but one must be a clear radiator reserve and you must be using straight water or something.

The one on the right is the washer fluid reservoir and the one on the left is a coolant expansion tank, it's a lot bigger than it needs to be but there is coolant in the bottom of it. No water in either one of them, they're just white plactic, maybe that makes it look like their full of water.
EDIT: I see what your talking about now, I looked at my bigger pics on my laptop and it's a shadow, my washer fluid reservoir is bone dry.

Its used on very high compression naturally asprirated engines or force inducted cars to reduce combustions temps and allow the use of lower than normal octane fuel without detonation. Its often mixed with Alky or Methanol to raise the octane level of the fuel being combusted as well.
I don't think I ever heard or saw it being used on a N/A LT1 but it has been used on N/A cars in the past so I figured, you never know. Holley and Edelbrock use to make some popular kits.

That would be an idea to convert the washer fluid tank to a water/alky/methanol injection reservoir, another thing to consider...
