anybody knows y my car wont go more further than 80k in 2nd gear..and 3rd gear it wont go 110..after that mark it jus stop not accelerate..wat should i do plz give me a help cheers

Perhaps you're having a problem with your transmission? I would elaborate if I could but I'm not up to speed on different tranny issues.

does the engine sputter? or does it just hold at whatever rpm you're at? you could have some tranny sensor problems.

i'd ask the skyline guys, they'd know a little more than us about your car.

It doesn't go over 80k in second gear? As in 80,000RPM? or 80,000kmh?

For the record, this is a legit question because this guy can't write for his life.

Also, check your tach (in your language: the thingy that shows the RPM do-hickeys on the big thing in front of you.) If you redline at 80, maybe that's why it won't go passed it.

mite anybody knows wats the good garret turbo upgrades for rb25det...?if i use r34 gtt turbo wat modifications i should done to my engine...im looking sume reasonable power cheap price cheers

EDIT: and when it comes to turbo parts.. its not all that smart to go for the half ass stuff because its low price... do it right or do it twice!

Your engine miss fires, might be timing, or a leaking intercooler, or a bad mass air flow meter.

he also brings up a very good point... this is the 240SX/Silvia/200SX(RWD)/Gazelle/180SX forum. if you own a SKYLINE and are having a problem with your SKYLINE then the SKYLINE forum might offer a little more help. good luck

You know something. This guy might be trying his hardest to get some answers to his questions, but that isn't the point.
