3000GT ECU location?

does anyone know where on the 3000GT that i can find the ecu?

under the dash in front of the center cousoul. Put your head near your pedals and look right. you should see it.

EDIT: forgot to mention youll have to pull off that section/panel of carpet. I think theres like 2 or 3 screws holding it on. (trying to remember from my timer install)
