Simple Vacuum question

hey guys, i got my abs light cleared the other day, it took a new driver side wheel speed sensor and the light went bye.

Soo, i have this annoying engine light, got it checked and its the infamous P0440 EVAP system leak. I have a feeling i didnt plug everything back in properly when i did my head gasket job.

All i wanted to know is where the 3 small vacuum hoses run to. I looked in chiltons but the diagram sucks. Are all 3 supposed to be hooked up? I have one going to the fuel pressure reg by the fuel rail, one is connecting to another white hose coming from the firewall area, and the last one is not plugged into anything, it just hangs down.. Is that one supposed to be hooked up or is it just exhaust of some sort?? Im hoping this is a simple fix for my code.. Thanks guys.

Yea thats what it shows in chiltons, but its confusing. Are the black lines on the left the 3 hoses? Would u or someone go to ur car and see if all 3 hook up? Thanks
