OverHeating
I own a 1991 Chevy Cavalier 3.1.Lately its been overheating really bad, I've replace the thermostat and at first it works great for one day then overheats again...I also have replaced the water pump and checked everything out to make sure its flowing properly through the system..I do have alittle bit of white smoke and the coolet boils but no leaks.I've replaced the thermostat 3 times & now I've been driving without a thermostat for a couple months and have been debating if it is the Head Gaskets or not.

Re: OverHeating
if there is white smoke coming out your tail pipe mostlikely its your head gasket
