2001 LHS mystery

My 2001 LHS began exhibiting some interesting problems recently and I was hoping there might be a single source to the following list of issues. Keep in mind all the following happen periodically. They are not constant problems.

Windshield wipers work most of the time - but not all of the time

A/C will blow extremely hot air so matter what setting used.

Engine light (yellow) will come on and go off by its self.

Stereo volume will increase to ear jarring level if you decrease or increase volume.

Seat memory does not remember past settings, but you can get it to accept a save while driving.

Help...these problems are driving me crazy. Somebody mentioned a "body control module", but I don't want to start guessing and need some guidance.
