Stall/Misfire 2000 Tahoe

My 2000 new body Tahoe will stall/misfire when the tank fuel level drops below 1/4 tank. The engine computer will register a misfire and display the service light. I have replaced the fuel filter with no luck. The truck runs great as long as the tank is at least 3/4 full.

Check the fuel pressure when the tank is low, 60-65 is normal.
