01 locks me out
my 01 will intermittently lock me out. the fob will not unlock the doors. after unlocking the doors with the key the error code says unknown driver. even the spare fob produces the unknown driver message. after a period of time, usually overnite, either fob will work fine. the dealer replaced the computer chip in the steering column and the same thing happened again. the tech at the dealer says he can't fix it as it works perfectly for him. HELP

Wierd.. Seems the TDM gets confused... I had trouble while a battery charger was hooked to the battery like that..
Check grounds and battery terminals. Good Luck.
