electrical problem

Hi.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with an electrical gremlin?

When I turn on my headlights my dashboard display goes out and vice versa.

Any ideas as to what causes this and how it could be solved?

Check the dimmer control dial next to the headlamp height adjustment as this is easly knocked and caused you problem.
