91 Passat - Help!

I'm having a strange issue with my passat. The Heatcore went so i replaced and because i decided against having to drain the air-conditioning, I took apart the entire dash.

Now everything is together and i have a strange problem.

The car will not start, i listened for the fuel pump to prime in the ON position and it did not. While messing around i bumped the hazard signal, and the fuel pump started running in line with the flasher signal and the flasher lights work at the same time.

Does anyone have an idea of what could have shorted/moved/connected backwards)?
