1999-Roof Question (Plastic Covers?)
Those two slots on my roof just fwd of thew ragtop that appear to have plastic covers:
What are they? What purpose do they serve? What's beneath them? Thanx! Ed

On some models over seas they came with a roof rack when you ordered a hard top. Under it is a hole with a peice of metal running down the middle to attach the roof rack to.
I took off one when my truck we pretty new and I snapped off one of the connectors. So I would leave it be now.
