Expected numbers?

How many HP and torque would I expect to get if I do this to my car:

Flowmaster Exhaust
CAI
Headers

My car is currently stock: 2001 V6 3.8L.

Around how much HP at the rear wheels and just the regular output by the engine?

All those 3 upgrades are going to be $1k+ so i want to make sure they are worth it.

Thanks.

Re: Expected numbers?

Well first of all let me start by saying that if you want to get HP, stay the F%@# away from Flowmaster, they really don' flow exhaust that well and sound like complete rice above 3k rpm.

Combined, header, catback, and CAI will get you about 20 hp at the flyweel and 10 lbs of torque, more if you get LT headers.

These numbers are rough estimates so don't hold me to it. I'm sure someone else on here has dyno'd their cars after these mods and can tell you what they saw.

Edit: And there is always the search tool in the forum that can be very useful (hint hint)
