stupid question

i got a 1997 chevy lumina ls.

theres just some stuff i need to figure out but the go in a line, if you know what i mean..

if anyone had access to alldata i need to check some wire diag, and splice a wiring harness..
i swaped the enines out, out of a 95 chevy lumina, so there was some change over ,plenum, temp switch, engime mount thats also a a/c bracket, splice the knock sensor wire, ends are differant.....

ok so i need to do that ... and a few odds and ends, you know ..

Re: stupid question

A 95 could be OBD-I or OBD-II, your 97 is definitely OBD-II. If the engine is out of an OBD-I car, many of the sensors are not compatible with OBD-II, so splicing is not an option.
