oil spots

i drive a 95 grand am gt with about 208,000 miles on it (rebuilt engine n trans). i bought it at around 204,???. i don't rember the exact mileage. my question is my car has been leaving oil spots wherever i park. so obviously i'm leaking oil. but i can't tell where its coming from. i just want to know is it easy to change the oil pan seal or how much would it cost to have it done. i usually mess with foreign cars so i'm new to the domestic scene.

Re: oil spots

Dont know what motor you are talking about !!
But it Depends on where you live on what it would cost, around $100-150 +/- .

Other than the oil pan leaking, the crank shaft seals do go bad and will leak pretty good after they go bad. ITs located Behind the harmonic balancer.
