I'd bet a paycheck that it's your grounds. There are two (one on each side)ground busses that are located under the carpeting near the door sills. You need to pull the metal bar from the connector and clean both the bar & contacts inside the connector. Put some dielectric grease on the contacts & bar before reassembling. I pulled the ground bus bars and yes the one on the drivers side was melted from corrosion! I cut all the wires off and soldered them together, now it starts and everything works. I kinda thought it was a ground problem because all the fuses and relays were good, but I couldn't find the common ground point for the fuel pump, windows, door locks, power seat, etc. Thanks, you just saved me a tow and probably a lot of money to boot.
