Problems with fan (cabin)
Hi all,
Recently, my cabin fan has been non functional on the lowest and second lowest settings, but runs on the highest two. I believe that when it first started acting up, it was only not functional on the lowest setting, but it's gotten worse. My question is, do you think it would be the contact points on the switch itself, or is it more likely it's the fan motor that needs replacement? Anyone know of this? Many thanks, Mark PS: I have a 95 Cavalier Coupe (2.2, OHV). |

Re: Problems with fan (cabin)
Most likely the blower motor resistor. You can get them at any auto parts store such as Auto Zone. It is located under the dash on the passenger side. Easy as taking out the two bolts, unplugging the old one from the harness, then plugging the new one in and putting the bolts back in. Very easy to do.
