Relay
Guys
Where can I find the relay for my turn signal? I disconnected my battery when I put it back on...my turn right signal stays on. People told me it could be my relay but how where can I locate it? Sorry for the nood question. Thanks |

Re: Relay
NP, the relay is on the top left of the fuse block under the left side of the dash.
There are three connections under the relay arranged in the shape of a C. One connection on top, one on the left, and one on the bottom. With a volt/ohm meter you should have continuity when you connect the bottom connection to ground under all conditions. With Ignition swithed on, you should get 12v when you connect your meter between the top connection and ground. With the hazard switched on, connect the top connection to the left connection with your meter or jumper wire, the hazard lights should come on. With ignition switched on and turn signal to right or left connect the top connection to the left connection, the signal light of your choice should work. If everything checks out the relay is the problem. Otherwise it's the switch, easily replaced with a junkyard unit. GL |
