intermittent wiper problem
my wipers will come on, but dont like to shut off unless I cut the power to the car entirely. Also, I cannot control the speed. The intermittent feature is now a simple on or off feature.
how can I fix this? Do I have to replace the control switch on the column of the steering wheel?
