I could shoot myself

The other night i was leaving my girlfriends house in my 92 celica gt and i wasn't accelerating very fast and i reached about 50 mph and my car seized up i heard a LOUd clank. I threw a rod through the block and into my radiator. Is this really worth fixing or finding something new? im looking to replace the engine if anyone knows of any good places with new/used engines i would really appreciate it. I also had a header on it would it have affected it? thanks

wow, wtf. How many miles n the car? Did you have a CAI and suck up water or something? Never heared of a car just throwing a rod from average used unless you had a high boosted car and then decided to use crappy gas.
