|
Low coolant light on, but the coolant isnt low?
is this a common problem. autozone told me i couldn't buy a "coolant temp level sensor" so is there not one, or do i have to buy something else? my coolant is at the required level and that stupid light is still on. im trying to sell the car but that big red light scares people away. please help

Looks like you have a 98' on my 99' it looks like I have a temp. sensor that can be changed out its on the side of the resorvior. Might want to try another parts house or the dealer and if it comes to it get the whole plastic tank and temp. sensor at the junk yard.
