can I use an OBD0 or non OBD JDM ECU on my OBD1 GSR?

I have a chance to get a JDM p72 ECU for my 94 Integra. For some reason I have P30 in there!? Anyhow, the car/engine are OBD1, and I hear the JDM P72 is non OBD. Will it cause any problems if I install it?
