Ferrari F1 2000 1/20 Wip

Hi,
wip pics of F1 2000 ;
engine in wip with lot of parts scratchbuilt like third dumpers and its arms,cables .....etc.etc.
For paint i used alclad II chrome on exaust and magnesium,burned metal,humbrol metal cote bronze,mica metalizer blue and matt black

Suggests plz!!

Looks like you had a good start. Keep it up.

One thing though....the silver part of the engine airbox isn't that shiny on the real car....rather like cast aluminium......but you certainly achived some "bling" there :-)

Yeah , i know...it was only to try alclad chrome....(fantastic!),so , it's not fixed yet,only for photo!.

Hi Flight1,

Very nice work. I especially like the Alclad and the wash you have put on the metal areas of the engine. Also worth noting, is the CF work and the wiring. Bravo!

In terms of suggestions, I'd say that you have the modelling side sussed. The only suggestion that I have is to spend more time on your photography. Some of your photos are great and others are not quite so good. I've only just started to put more effort into the photos and, yes, while it does take more time, it shows off your models to your audience in a much improved way. Remember, all the people on AF judge your models by the photos, not by the real life model.

Can't wait to see this WIP develop. Should be very interesting. Have you got any plans in terms of race/driver/Marboro decals?

No,It's cf in 1/12 scale..... I think it's more realistic surface!

Sorry....Yes it is!
it was too shiny.Now i gave it a small of matt acrilic.in this way it working well.
Soon is possible i will post more photos.
