I have a friend that says isuzu owns dodge and that they make all hemi engines is this true

Boy, this sounds like a question for "ask Dr. Z".

To set the record straight, Dodge and the hemi engines are produced by Daimler-Chrysler. A few years ago, the Chrysler Corporation merged with Daimler-Benz (the makers of Mercedes Benz for those of you in Rio Linda). As I recall, Isuzu was once, if not still, majority owned by General Motors.

Bottom line, your friend is either misinformed or blowing smoke.
