1993 Cavalier 2.2l No Start
The car was running good until Sunday. Went out to start and it would not fire. I have checked the following:
Spark is good on all 4 cylinders (confirmed with a spark tester inline), compression is good in all 4 Fuel pump works and has good fuel pressure Pulled timing cover and chain is good with no stretch and in time Car will not attempt to fire, even with spraying starting fluid in the intake and closing it back up. It sounds like it is out of time. Can the crank trigger cause this or does it sound like ignition computer? Any other thoughts? Thanks, Steve |
