Answer to how to upgrade/beef up cavy

Reading through the forum I came across a lot of "need help upgrading my (insert Cavalier here)" threads. So being as bored as I am, I've created a thread listing aftermarket parts for the 2.4L, 2.2L and the ECOTEC engines. Just click on the link and it should take you to the correct part for your specific engine type.

Side Notes: Websites listed are only examples of places to go to find parts for your cavalier. For advise on places to buy parts go Here.

WEBSIGHTS ARE EXAMPLES: Yes, there are cheaper alternatives to many of these links, you still may have to do some searching to find the best part and the best price. But, this should get you started.

Some Parts have links that take you to a sight to help with installing that part.

Hope this helps anyone with questions on what they can do to upgrade their Cavaliers performance.

Yeah I know, I was just puting up examples...you can find CAI's on Ebay for $40 if you want to risk it.

Re: Answer to how to upgrade/beef up cavy

theres no way you'll find a true CAI on ebay for $40, but nice work on the thread, i'd vote to sticky it, but this thread is compeletely useless to me (and many others) since it only focuses on one engine

Re: Answer to how to upgrade/beef up cavy

I'll start working on and interior/exterior thing similar to this in a while and add it to this thread... but the problem is that it would just be parts that I think look good...for example im not a fan of carbon fiber, so most of my stuff would be fiberglass, interior/exterior is more of a matter of opinion and style. And there is a lot of variety in manufacturers of exterior parts then say manufacturers of cams for a 2.4... but I'll still post a generic setup. Most of the websites that are linked also produce parts for other engines and for manual trans...But I should be editing the thread within the week...this is just what I have so far

Oh yeah good point I didnt even realize that. Looks like Evilmonkey has some work to do with making a list for the other engines. You need to make one for the 2.2 eco and 2.2 non eco engines.
